REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind or damaged orders in line with our returns policies listed here.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by Credit Card and PayPal. Payment in full is required before an order can be processed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been successfully processed. Our site is PCI-DSS compliant - read more about payment privacy and security protocol here.
PROMOTIONS AND SALE
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the advertised dates and times only and cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times.
If you have a discount code, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received.
All promotions and discounts are available to Australian residents only.
Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, and do not apply to shipping.
Promotional or Sale items are not eligible for 'change of mind' returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
Promotional items are available only while stocks last. We retain the right to extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.
