GICLÉE PRINTS

Your print(s) will be carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packaged in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube. Prints take around 1-2 weeks to process for printing prior to shipping.

All print orders are sent with free Express Shipping and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We can ship worldwide, based upon location. Please contact us for an international quote.

Any additional charges, such as import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the delivery fee or print price and will be the responsibility of the purchaser if incurred.

DELIVERY LEAD-TIMES

All items are delivered using Australia Post. Regular post options typically arrive within 7-10 business days from order confirmation. We will contact you in advance if delivery timing changes. International delivery times are based on location, we will provide an estimate upon receipt of your order.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct as requested. If delivery cannot be made, packages will be sent to your nearest post office for collection. PO Boxes are not recommended as a delivery destination. 

Returns Information

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange in line with the below returns policies.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

For change of mind within 14 days from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

  • The artwork is returned in original packaging, in original supplied condition and free from any marks, blemishes, creased paper or any other damage

  • All costs associated with returning items purchased online are the responsibility of the purchaser, and items are sent via registered post.

  • Where a refund is issued, the refund will be returned via your original payment method.

Please note: Once your order is paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made. Reduced and sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns.

To return an item for change of mind:

Please email us with your order number, reason for return, and tracking number for your returned item. Once we have received the return we will process your refund.

DAMAGED RETURNS POLICY

If your order arrives damaged we will happily replace the order free of charge providing we are notified with 24 hours of order delivery.

To return an item that has been damaged:

Any damage should be reported as soon as possible, please email us with photograph proof as soon as item is received so we can progress your replacement as soon as possible. Please retain your original packaging if it is in a condition to do so.
